Our Story

One Brand. 30+ Years of Heritage.

MDI Global is the unified corporate identity of MDI Global Handling Solutions Private Limited, the group that has served Indian industry for over 30 years through its predecessor businesses, M.D. Industries and M.D. Elevators. Founded in Indore in 1993, the group has grown from a specialist supplier of lifting equipment into a full-fledged designer, manufacturer, and integrator of material handling solutions.

Our manufacturing plant, commissioned on August 1, 2008, is equipped with German technology and modern machinery. This facility produces EOT cranes, goods lifts, hydraulic equipment, and custom-engineered lifting solutions that meet international standards. Everything is designed, fabricated, assembled, and tested in-house.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we maintain rigorous quality processes from design to delivery. We are also authorised dealers for Usha Martin, INDEF, and DEMAG products, further strengthening our ability to serve diverse industrial requirements from a single point of contact.

Mr. Maninder Singh Dhall

Founder & Managing Partner

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the material handling industry, Mr. Dhall founded M.D. Industries in 1993 with a vision to provide world-class lifting solutions to Indian industry. Under his leadership the group launched M.D. Elevators, established its manufacturing plant in 2008, and today operates as MDI Global, a single, focused corporate brand carrying forward the same engineering values and customer relationships that have defined the business for three decades.

1993

M.D. Industries Founded

The journey began in Indore as M.D. Industries, a partnership firm focused on material handling equipment supply, service, and consultation.

2002

Product Partnerships

Onboarded Usha Martin, INDEF and DEMAG as authorised product lines for hoists and lifting equipment.

2008

Manufacturing Unit

Established our own manufacturing plant with German technology and modern machinery for fabrication, assembly, and in-house testing.

2012

M.D. Elevators Launched

Expanded into vertical material handling and goods lifts under a dedicated brand, M.D. Elevators, to serve the growing warehousing and factory-lift market.
